How Many Cleaning Specialists Will Service My Home?

The number of specialists depends on your service size. Typically, one to two trained cleaners will handle each job depending on the size of the home. Each team will come well equipped with the right tools and knowledge to meet our professional standards.

Approximately How Long Will Each Service Take?

While our team works efficiently, quality takes time. Services start at a 1.25 hour minimum and may extend 3–4 hours depending on the home size and tasks required. We’ll always keep you informed if more time is needed.

Can I Be Home During Each Service?

Yes, you're welcome to be home during service! If you won’t be available, just let us know in advance and provide access instructions. Please note: for security, we do not hold keys.

Are Your Cleaning Products Eco-Friendly?

We use safe, effective cleaning products that balance eco-consciousness with strong performance. Green cleaning options are available upon request — just let us know when scheduling!

What Is the Average Cost?

Our pricing is based on your home’s size, condition, and service type. Every quote is tailored to ensure you receive quality cleaning at the best possible value.

How Do I Submit Payment?

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For card payments, a valid card must be kept on file to be charged after service completion.

Am I Covered?

Yes. We are fully insured for your peace of mind. All team members undergo background checks and are trained to meet professional cleaning standards before entering your home.

What If I Need to Cancel My Service?

We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our schedule and assist other clients. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Which Areas Do You Service?

We proudly serve multiple areas across Pinellas County, Florida — and are expanding into the South Tampa market as well.

What Do You Not Clean?

We do not cleaning the following: Blood, urine in any areas other than the commode, feces - both human and animals, excessive mold, and cluttered/hoarded homes (unless we have designed a plan before hand)

Do The Cleaners Arrive On-Time?

While our goal is always arrive on-time, how we book our appointments, is based on whether client prefers morning or afternoon. For example, If you wish to have your home cleaned in the morning, we will arrive between 8:30 AM and 12PM. We can give you an estimated time, but cannot guarantee as the nature of each home cleaning, traffic, etc, varies. However, the cleaning crew will send you an automated text messsage before when they're on their way.

What If I Am Not Satisfied With Our Cleaning?

Great question! We take pride in making sure our customers are always satisfied with their service. This doesn't happen often, but on rare occasions when we experience a unsatisfied customer, we always go back within 24 hours and re-clean the area that wasn't cleaned well. For the first few cleanings, we always encourage our customers to do a walk through with the cleaners - this will help you get to know our cleaning team and give you peace of mind.
